Examples of Unhealthy Foods: Fast Food, Soda, Bacon/Fatty Meat, Whole Milk/Cream, Butter, Sugar, High Fructose Corn Syrup.
- Facts/Examples: If you want to avoid high blood pressure, reduce the amount of salt in your diet.
- To reduce LDL" bad" cholesterol, only eat Red Meat occasionally, and cut butter, egg yolks, and most dairy products from your diet
- If you are a Vegetarian, get more Iron in your diet from sources such as Broccoli and Spinach
